Gottesman Residential is a high-end boutique real estate firm located in the heart of Austin, Texas. Gottesman hired us to help them design a beautiful micro-site template that really let their brand shine and continues to make great impressions to both buyers and sellers.

Spring Penthouse

One of the agents at Gottesman Residential needed a standout template to showcase the unique luxury of the Spring Penthouse in downtown Austin, Texas. The site utilizes our custom slideshow module that we use here at Tangerinefiles.com!

Goldman Realty Group

I built a backend for this Austin based real estate company which allows them to manage their own listings on their site. They can add, edit, delete, upload photos, and change the status of their listings. Uses a lightbox feature to display additional images of properties.

Commanche Canyon Ranch has since changed its name to The Goldman Realty Group.

Hero Realty

Mark Gil is a retired, and very decorated, Austin Police Dective. Mark Gil is a licensed realtor in the City of Austin and is hot on the market. He needed this microsite as a landing page to direct clients to important information with a “no-frills” navigation. This site gets right to the point while showing professional look of design and layout.

Galingayle

This turned out to be a nice little CSS challenge when faced with the requirements. They wanted the navigation to work in a certain way but also they wanted the screen to be centered but still be "sticky" enough to the left and right edges of the browser window. I used jQuery to calculate the browser window and do some trickery. Mission accomplished.

Batter Up Kids

This is a sneak preview of the new Batter Up Kids Shop! They have a ton of products and needed a new design and system that is robust enough to handle their needs. The design is completely CSS driven. There is a lot of PHP and CSS involved with this site.

Light Engineering

Light Engineering serves the motion control, defense, automotive, industrial, construction, turf and lawn care, and disaster relief industries in meeting their power generation needs.Very clean CSS coding and validated. Comes with a nice jQuery image gallery.

Amherst

This is a working mock up for Amherst Holdings, Inc. I was handed the PSD file to convert to a working model. A good simple, powerful design and clean, lean coding also makes for easy search engine optimization.

BancVault

BancVault is the newly created site for the customer care section for Goldleaf Technologies, Inc.  I made it sleek yet easy to navigate for the customers. Completely overhauled the navigation for the site. The site is for customers only and is password protected. A new updated modern look gives it a web 2.0 feel and builds brand identity and customer loyalty and trust.

BancVault provides the account representatives a great tool to sell their products and upgrades to existing customers.

Clark County Educational

A PSD-to-HTML job. My job was to convert the PSD to tableless HTML. Precision was mandatory for this job and had to be exact. Also had to be cleanly coded for search engine optimization and stick closely to Web Standards.

CRE8WORKS

CRE8WORKS, a high-end interior architecture company, hired me to do some CSS and Javascript clean-up and tweaks. The design was already in place but just needed some tweaking to work properly with the new Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 series browser. I added some Javascript to the already famous ThickBox library. It shows their pictures in a lightbox effect which is run off the JQuery library. Although simple, CRE8WORKS has a high standard of pixel-perfect placement and consistency. They want their website to reflect the quality in which they create their own projects.

Focus Earth

Focus Earth is a Joomla CMS based website that needed custom template work and tweaks. Customized the look for their Fireboard forum to match color and used custom coding for options.

Lasso Partners

Lasso Partners is an oil and natural gas exploration and reserve development private equity sponsor. We gave them two concepts. A dark and light version. Special Javascript programming was done to achieve the special effect in the staff section of the site. This is the ighter version that was is being used on the live site.

Leader of the Pack

Leader of the Pack Mobile is an Austin based mobile grooming service. They bought a new van tricked out with all the gadgets and custom graphics and decals. The site needed to match the vans decals and color scheme. I made a custom Joomla template and is powered by Joomla CMS. This allows the staff to login and add, edit, update content at will. They can upload photos for their photo gallery as well.

The Learning Pad

The Learning Pad is an Austin based trade school with online course purchasing all run from a MySQL database. It's calendar needed an overhaul for added functionality and course pages needed to be modified to read that calendar information so users could purchase courses for certain dates and date ranges.
